Jo is a former Marketing Director, who worked for many global and national businesses during her career. She is now a licensed Realtor in Minnesota, property manager, designer and real estate investor.
After many years of dreaming about investing in real estate, Jo and her husband Harvey bit the bullet in 2020 and opened their first short-term rental in northern Minnesota. After renovating this first property, and creating a memorable guest experience, their efforts were rewarded by increasing the annual revenue by 283%.
